Because of my previous post about feedback and the comments (on twitter and off) I sat down to write this blog post and then remembered I'd already written it. Thank you Google for finding it for me again.
Won't be too long before I find myself doing performance reviews again, giving and receiving. Hopefully I'll be able to fit my technique into the system. I'm loving the Minecraft team so far; for the most part they run it like I want a game team to be run; so I'm optimistic that performance reviews won't be like carpet bombing.
