With Torpex, it cost thousands what with Bill and myself talking with lawyers and creating our 'pre-nup' so to speak. So ... that's what I thought it would cost to do it by myself, too.
Turns out it doesn't. In Washington, you can do it online for $200. (I'm sure there are a few more fees on top of that but still.)

Here in California you're subject to the $800 / year minimum for the same privilege. $200 sounds like a pretty good deal.
