One thing I've noticed is that even in full screen mode, if you have dual monitors and move the mouse past the edge of the screen and click, you lose focus and have to switch back.

Oh, that's annoying. I didn't know ... because I've been doing all my dev on a laptop these days.
Mouse lock is a feature Google has been promising for a while but I don't think it's available yet.

I do all my dev work (I work for www.youneedabudget.com) with dual monitors, so I keep accidentally clicking over to the IDE and losing a few seconds.
It's not a major problem, but is a little annoying :)
