I'll be in London next weekend (the 9th / 10th) speaking at this National Film Theatre thingy called NTI for Non Trivial Interaction, a movies-meets-games thing. My talk, called "The Action Movie Aesthetic" will be a sort of games-meets-movies, games-loses-movies, games-buys-movies-flowers-and-gets-movies-back sort of deal. Pretentious title, I know. Sorry. But I'm hoping to blow my last talk out of the water. Thrills! Adventure! Fun for the whole family. But it's PG-13.
Yep, got my tickets booked for your talk and a few others. Looking forward to it. :)

Wish I could make it... you'll have to let us know if any transcripts are made.

Hi Jamie, I couldn't find an email address for you on the site, so I'm leaving the note here.
I just wrote a mini-review of Spiderman 2 if you are interested: http://home.exetel.com.au/rodeoclown/?p=8
I realise it's pretty late in the game, but if you want to read it you are more than welcome.
Thanks,
Rodeoclown
